Founded in 2006, The Center for College Affordability and Productivity (CCAP) is an independent, not-for-profit research center based in Washington, DC. The CCAP exists to help facilitate a broader dialogue on the issues and problems facing the institutes of higher education in the United States. The CCAP is a program of Project Liberty, Inc. Project Liberty, Inc. is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) supporting organization, headquartered in Alexandria, VA.
